Meet Natalie and Bill!
Have you ever been around a couple where, within just minutes, you can’t help but be sucked in by them- by how genuine they are, how clearly they love each other, how they don’t take themselves too seriously and are quick to playfulness? That’s who Natalie and Bill are.
I had the pleasure of meeting these two at a styled shoot put on this summer by The Wandering Creative Co. I was a last-minute sign-up, and went in thinking “It’ll be nice to have another session to use for a blog post while I’m on maternity leave.” I left feeling so inspired by working alongside other photographers, but moreso by meeting these two. It felt so sweet to capture a couple so playfully and effortlessly in love.
Natalie and Bill have been together for 11 years, and married for six. They are high school sweethearts, moving every few years wherever the Navy takes them. When they’re not making over their 90s home in their free time and you can find them walking the beaches of Fort Monroe almost weekly with their pups. Bill joyfully entered into every little prompt we threw at him, bringing the most natural laughter to their session. Natalie made these stunning gowns from The Wandering Creative Co.’s collection look effortless. Together, we captured some of my all-time favorite images.
