Meet Carrie!
I am so excited to share this stunning spring bridal session today! Bridal sessions are so fun, just a sweet opportunity for my brides to make the most of their hair and makeup trial and have some portraits done of them in their dress that build the anticipation for their big day! These are the kinds of photos your grandkids will love one day, a timeless heirloom to pass on.
As a photographer, I am partial to these shoots because it’s extra special to see my brides one more time in person before their wedding day! We wander a gorgeous place without any of the wedding day rush, catch up on life, and capture gorgeous portraits of them that have us all dancing with giddiness!
Carrie is a college friend of mine and for her bridal session she chose to come back to her hometown of Richmond, VA to shoot at one of my absolute favorite places, Maymont. She brought along her maid of honor, another college friend, and together we had the best time catching up and laughing our way through the evening.
The only downside to bridal sessions is that since they happen before the wedding day, the images can’t be shared until after! It always feels like they’re burning a hole in my hard drive as I wait to share them! Ah, I can’t wait for you to see Carrie in all her bridal glory!
