Meet M and J!
Last week I took a little day trip up to Northern VA for these two’s engagement session. I’ve known M since college, so it was so fun to reconnect when she and J got engaged and it is such an honor to capture this special season for them!
The first time they met, M couldn’t help but goggle over J: “I thought he was so handsome!” But life had them on different tracks with other partners so they became good friends. A little while later, their feelings for each other surfaced and as they say, the rest is history!
Mt. Vernon is one of M’s favorite places, so the perfect place to capture their love. We had the most beautiful chilly but sunny winter day exploring the grounds together! These two were a giggling pile of heart eyes for each other the entire time. When I asked them what they were most excited about for marriage I couldn’t help but crack up when they agreed: “Getting more pets!”
We had such a blast together and I cannot wait for their intimate wedding this October!
