Meet Kevin and Reina!
This anniversary session was extra special for a number of reasons. First, I’m related to these two hotties! Kevin is Alvin’s older brother and Reina is his beautiful wife! Second, this is the first anniversary session I’ve done for one of my wedding couples! One year ago I was capturing their getting ready and wedding portraits! It has been so sweet to watch them grow since then. Third, this session was done in beautiful Colorado, a place I’ve always wanted to shoot! It was definitely a full-circle moment since my love of photography began during a family trip to Colorado in middle school. Fourth, this session was shot in broad daylight (one of the more technically difficult situations to shoot in)- which I never would have felt confident enough to shoot in a year ago so it’s a personal win that these photos turned out gorgeous and are now some of my all-time favorites!
Kevin and Reina, it was so much fun to capture these playful photos of ya’ll! I’ve loved being a cheerleader for your relationship over the past year and am grateful we got to go through our “year one”s of marriage side-by-side. Enjoy my favorites from your Horsetooth Reservoir anniversary session!
