Meet Nathalie and Ryan!
Nathalie and I grew up down the street from each other. We had sleepovers at each other’s houses, played Polly Pockets, and spent many summer mornings at swim team practice together. We lost touch after graduating high school but when Ryan came into her life she started popping up in my Facebook feed more with this sweet guy and I began following along on their journey together.
The last time I saw these two was two years ago- one week before Alvin and I got married and just a few months before they got engaged! We met up for a “just because” session at Yorktown Beach. That session was a lot like this one- full of belly laughs and summer heat ending with a rainbow and a newfound conviction that these two are just plain awesome. Now they’re just 3 weeks away from their wedding and I couldn’t be more excited for what the future has in store for them both! They bought a piece of land and plan to build a house and foster kids… so many awesome dreams!
Nathalie and Ryan have a way of collapsing into giggles without any prompting on my end. Plus they like ice cream. And her ring is to die for. So basically they’re my dream couple to photograph. 🙂
