Meet Mr. and Mrs. Palmer!
There are classy couples, and then there are *classy* couples… and these two couldn’t be classier! I could not be more obsessed with Madi’s one-of-a-kind dress and timeless bridal style (that veil tho!) paired with Nick’s tux and those white and magnolia-leaved florals… oh and Richmond in the fall was just the perfect backdrop for these two on their gorgeous day!
I think it says a lot about a couple when I talk to the various vendors of their day and they all mention on their own accord that they’ve been an amazing couple to work with. The organist and I had some time to chat before their ceremony and she told me that Madi has been hands-down her favorite bride to work with. I asked why, and found that everything she shared was exactly what I’d seen from her too: “she’s not fussy or picky, she values this day and just wants to be married and is so trusting of all those involved.” I couldn’t agree more!
Each wedding I photograph is an honor, but even more so when the guest lists are small and I’m one of the handful of people to witness this day. I loved watching their day unfold, seeing their eyes shine with tears of joy just after their ceremony and hearing their families and close friends toast to them. Thank you Madi and Nick for including me and making sure I went home with some of your amazing chocolate and salted caramel cake! 🙂
Enjoy some highlights from Madi and Nick’s bride and groom portraits- full wedding post coming soon!
