Meet Katelyn, Jeff and Baby Caleb!
These two…I mean three 🙂 Katelyn and Jeff are high school sweethearts and just being with them is a breath of fresh air. They’re the kind of people that just have a gentle presence with each other and whoever they’re with- they are mature and sweet, playful and fun, calm and collected. They graduated a year ahead of me at Mason, and we were all in Cru together. They were that couple that every other couple went to for relationship advice. They were that couple that people basically considered married- no one had any doubts this would be their story. They actually won a little couple’s session giveaway I did back in the day (when I was still Sarah Elizabeth Photography!). I remember hoping they would win right before I pulled their name. We did the session together (a dream!) and the next day Jeff drove her down to Norfolk (where they grew up together), to their favorite spot on the water, and proposed.
When, months ago, their pregnancy announcement came up in my feed, I could not contain my excitement! These two will genuinely make the best parents! I was thrilled when Katelyn asked me to take their maternity photos and document this sweet season of anticipation of their little boy. Caleb was born almost 2 weeks ago! Another future friend for my girls! I cannot express how special it is to share this season of pregnancy and babies with so many friends. What a gift.
